Sean Quirk is an athletic specialist, motivational coach, and expert leader in terms of building championship-caliber athletes, teams, programs, and organizations. He teaches people how to unleash their inner potential, based on many years of experience as a dynamic head coach and athletic administrator. Quirk is headed into his seventh year in Professional Lacrosse, as the Head Coach and General Manager of the Cannons in the Premier Lacrosse League. In 2020 he was named the MLL New Balance Coach of the Year while the Cannons won the MLL Championship defeating the Denver Outlaws. Quirk’s wins correspond to the strong program culture he built at Endicott during his 18 years as Head Coach —a Championship Caliber Culture. With a winning conference percentage and conference record of123-11 (.918) at Endicott College, also ranking 13th all-time in winning percentage among NCAA Division III coaches, Quirk leverages the richness of his background with the philosophy of making the impossible, possible!
